Special Issue - ‘Scientific and technological aspects of grape and wine science’
We already informed you at the symposium that we are planning to prepare a special Macrowine 2018 issue in Food Research International called ‘Scientific and technological aspects of grape and wine science’.
You are cordially invited to submit manuscript based on your presentation(s) at the Macrowine 2018 Symposium for possible publication. In this way, we will have the opportunity to present our work in one of the main scientific publications in the area of Food Chemistry (IF: 3.520) and a great opportunity for the projection of our research and results.
For those of you who plan to submit research articles from their contribution presented at the conference:
· Please remember that you could do it from November 1st and the deadline for submission is February 28th, 2019!
· All submissions will go through normal peer review process per journal standard
· To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue, it is important to select ‘VSI: Wine and Grape Science’ when you reach the “Article Type” step in the submission process.
